Music & lyrics mode
Control playback, seek, and adjust volume with album artwork and synced lyrics when available. Media support depends on the app; lyrics lookup may require internet access.
Input & trackpad mode
Multi-touch pointer control, two-finger scrolling, modifier keys, and optional clipboard sharing. BlackBerry Classic provides physical QWERTY and optical trackpad input.
System monitor mode

WingDeck control traffic stays between your paired devices over local Wi-Fi or USB; no WingDeck account is required. Downloads, ads, purchases, lyrics lookup, and update checks can use online services. Optional analytics require consent; see the Privacy Policy for details.
Yes! The WingDeck desktop companion supports simultaneous multi-device connections. For example, you can mount an iPad as your primary macro deck, an old iPhone as a dedicated music & lyrics monitor, and an Apple Watch or Android phone as a wireless trackpad.
WingDeck uses USBMuxd for iPhone/iPad and Android Open Accessory for supported Android devices. A data-capable USB cable carries control traffic without Personal Hotspot, tethering, root, or developer ADB setup. Required host USB support varies by platform; speed and charging depend on your hardware.
WingDeck uses a transparent platform-specific monetization model: Desktop Companions (macOS & Windows) and Legacy Sideload Mobile (iOS 12, Android 4.2, & BlackBerry OS 7.1) are 100% Free, standalone, and completely ad-free. Modern Store Editions (iOS 15+ App Store & Android 6.0+ Google Play) are free to download with non-intrusive banner ads, with an optional WingDeck Premium subscription or rewarded ad passes to remove ads.
Legacy operating systems can no longer support modern advertising SDKs. Rather than bloat or break vintage hardware, we engineered the legacy APK, IPA, and COD builds to be clean, standalone, and completely ad-free utilities specifically designed to give older devices a productive second life on your desk.
WingDeck’s modern App Store edition requires iOS 15 or newer. We provide a separate free, ad-free legacy IPA for supported 64-bit devices running iOS 12. Install it with a sideloading tool such as AltServer and renew its signing when required.
WingDeck Classic is a native Java client built directly against the BlackBerry OS 7.1 Java APIs. It turns your BlackBerry (such as the Curve 9220/9320 or Bold 9900) into a tactile PC companion. You can roll the optical trackpad for mouse cursor control and scrolling, type on the physical QWERTY keyboard with native hardware key repeats and modifier shortcuts (Alt, Shift, SYM combos like Ctrl+C), and control media playback using tactile hotkeys (J/K/L and Z/X/C) with lightweight album artwork.
WingDeck reads the media controls and metadata exposed by supported apps through the desktop operating system. Playback controls, seeking, artwork, and lyrics availability vary by app and track. Lyrics lookup can require internet access; not every player exposes all features.
The direct Windows 0.1.17 downloads are unsigned. Compare their SHA-256 with the Releases table before using More info → Run anyway if SmartScreen appears. Do not disable SmartScreen system-wide. On Mac, install the notarized DMG into Applications and follow WingDeck’s preflight for any required permissions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither SDMV, WingDeck developers, nor contributors shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the download, installation, sideloading, or use of this software, including but not limited to device damage, data loss, system instability, or network disruptions.
Legacy packages (Android APK, iOS IPA, and BlackBerry COD) are distributed for vintage hardware and compatibility testing only. Sideloading, modifying device settings, trusting developer certificates, and installing unsigned software are performed entirely at the user's sole risk and discretion.
Modern mobile applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play include advertising served by Google Mobile Ads and an optional auto-renewable monthly WingDeck Premium subscription to remove ads. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account or Google Play account, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the billing cycle ends, and can be managed or cancelled anytime in your OS account settings.
